In the 'Times' today, the journo writing-up last night's match report said something along the lines of "...perhaps Stoke should consider singing another Tom Jones classic - that of the 'Green Green Grass of Home'". Not a bad suggestion! I hadn't, until he delivered his statistic, quite realised just how good the Brit has been for us. I knew it was good....but the fact that only Manure, Chelski, and Everton have emerged victorious (and luckily so some would argue) - then 'we' I think really are the 'twelfth man'! It really isn't a time for faint hearts - we've got to shout louder than we've ever done in the last remaining home games. We, as much as the players, know we can stay up, and we need to transmit that confidence. We saw the affect we had as a crowd on Man City....and we know what it means to the players. We already have a reputation as the loudest. Lets make the loudest, even louder. A chorus of the 'Green Green Grass of Home' certainly wouldn't go amiss - amid the 'wall of noise' we can create. C'MON STOKE!!!

Only Chelsea outplayed us and then we had a blatant penalty not given.
