I'm sure tonight's result won't go any way to making up for your loss but I'm glad the lads won for your mum's memory.
Stay strong and time is a healer.
Rest in peace.

My mate's dad died a few weeks before we got promoted. He was a big Stokie. Maybe part of why we love our team so much is because it connects us all - not just the people on this message board or the people at the game tonight, but everyone who has shared a genuine connection with Stoke City since 1863. Stoke City 2 Bolton 0: Jean and Uncle Keith would have enjoyed it.

RIP Jean, all the best for you and your family at this difficult time.
That tonight, was for all of us. If we stay up, its for EVERY stoke fan. Even those we have lost.
