Good job we didn't have an add-on clause for growth.
We've got an extra two inches for nothing...
On a serious note, just how good a deal was Shawsy - what was it £1.5 million? He is surprisingly quick, athletic, dominant in the air, doesn't even get booked much, and he's still learning. I really hope he stays and becomes a captain in the Smithy mould.

Expect him to develop a deep tan and a French accent anytime now... ;D Seriously though, to be growing that much at his age is a bit of a worry, as it can cause all sorts of orthopaedic and medical problems if it continues.  |

So how tall is he now? A very lazy journalist I'd say. The whole editorial is about how tall he is and you can't even be bothered to put in his current hight. 21 and still growing, it's a bit of a tall story if you ask me. ;D My daughters Boyfriend is a basketball player. He's ruptured his cruciate ligament and they won't operate as they predict he's got another 4 or 5 inches to grow. He's already 6'3.  |

Isn't it more a case of because of the problems with his knees and back, he didn't have that great posture, but now he stands straight, he feels taller.

hes wank - stop banging on about him Are you kidding? Since he regained his place in the autumn, he's been fantastic. I'd probably say he's TP's best ever signing for us, though Abdoulaye would probably contest that one. If we do go down, there'll be a lot of good Prem clubs sniffing around him. |
