Went last season v Reading, atmsophere was shite, and in the same stand as we will be sitting, the seats were small and wooden, then you had the odd post in the way. Worse than Burnley! Spose thats what you get for a ground with "history"

lol I dont know why some Stoke fans are slagging Goodsion off. Firstly its not gonig to be an electric atmosphere every game but majority of games the nosie is really good. The ground itself is old yes, but just like the Brit allows the fans to get right in the face of the opposition. Arsene Wenger said its the palce he fears gonig mroe than anyother ground int he prem due to the hostile atmosphere. And also there are still some obstructed views yeah but makes it err.... a bit more authentic.
Parking can be a bit dodgy your best bet is looking out for car-parks at social clubs but dont get ripped off any mroe than 3 quid and tell them to shove it. I wouldnt just park up any old side street either especially if you have a nice car haha.

Its liverpool isnt it they make every game they play in boring (ie any liverpool game vs chelsea etc). We still won anyway so I was buzzing!

No way is it worse than Burnley. We give the away fans the shitty seats to be honest but it makes sense.

my best mate's a toffee (and a Blue Kipper regular) so i've been to Goodison a few times and i thought it was a good ground to be honest. Far far far more honest passion from the fans than you get at Anfield, especially when Rooney scored past Seaman then hit one just over from about 30 yards 5 minutes later...very easy to get caught up in the atmos which is not something i can say i've had when i've been watching anyone other than us! Just hope to God that Cahill,Arteta and Jags (who's been immense this year) are all injured!!

Aye tis a good ground mate. Real scousers go to goodison not like the multinational melting pot that is Analfield (not that Im a racist its just that the ones that go the game are from Norway and thats just not right). I think Everton vs Stoke should be a stormer ;D

I didn't think Marouane Fellaini was as young as 20/21 but apparantly he is! I reckon the best bit of buisness for you this season was him. I like Everton as a team, but you ned to be less reliant on Youngsters as Arsenal found earlier on in the season, but you will deffo make top 5 no problems if you keep up the pace you are going at

Why you takin the piss then mate haha? I like Stoke havent said a bad word against them. And also why would it matter to a Stoke fan where Everton MAY be moving to?

doesn't matter one bit superdan just jesting apologies for upset caused...i know a lot of blue fans and have a lot more time for them than the redshite as is obvious from that terminology alone and know it a touchy subject for them...may risk a pint in the carisbrooke b4 the match in march but obviously in the words of basil 'don't mention the kirkby'

haha fair enough. I dotn see why the issue of Kirkby is so controversial. Its amazing how the ballot saw the majority vote in favour because every Evertonian I know didnt want to move int he 1st place. Oh and I refer to them as the redshite commonly too, less so on here because I didnt think Stokies would be familiar with the term lol.
