Don't you just know one of them will score just one goal this campaign - and it'll be the goal that keeps us up! An equaliser at The Emirates, a winner against Wigan maybe? Which one will it be?
I'm going with Kits.

I suspect Kitson won't get a look in what with Beattie, Fuller, Camara and Sidibe all looking for a place up front.
Cresswell on the other hand will play several more games through to the end of the season as Pulis (curiously) seems to rate him as a wide midfielder.
I don't think either will score: Kitson because he'll probably not get more than half hour if he's lucky (big shame) and Cresswell because, well, he's out of his depth and has proved so...

Will Kitson get on the pitch again this season? It's hard to envisage a scenario where Pulis would chuck him on. It wouldn' be the greatest surprise in the world if he'd already kicked his last ball for us.
I suppose Fuller's injury and the Delap/Etherington bans meaning Cresswell will be needed ( ;D) wide bump him up the pecking order a bit but it's still hard to see him surfacing again.
At least we know Cresswell will. So if one of them is to score, and it's doubtful, then I suppose it'll be him.

Kitson.
But I doubt we will see him play for us again.
Lets just have Cresswell run around for 90 minutes like a tired old dog chasing lost causes and doing fuck all else but giving 110%. Some of our fans seem to like that.

Kitson's only chance of a game now is on the left of midfield.
It is not as daft an idea as it sounds. Cresswell, Asaba and Greenacre all ended up there, so I suspect TP might give it a go sooner or later.

Kitson in the right system.
Cresswell has played his part this season, however, Kitson has that bit more class which I know we're yet to see!!!

Pulis, particularly, seems to lap it up. I'm sure the real behind-the-scenes story re Kitson will emerge one day : What he was told would happen when he signed? How his relationship with Pulis has been through the season? If he felt he could fit in or if he's felt a fish out of water from the off? Kitson seems like the kind of bloke who will definitely write an autobiography, and probably quite an explosive one. But you'd probably back on him being very forthcoming about what's happened here as soon as he's out of the door, which will probably be August at the latest. I expect he'll give Pulis a right kicking and Pulis will be forced to respond, which could get a bit unseemly.

Although I think Kitson's signing was a poor one in hindsight, that he doesn't really fit our system (especially pre-etherington and in light of lawrence's injury/doggate), was unlucky with his injury and hasn't been given a staggering amount of games, I'd be a bit disapointed in him if he has already adopted the victim status that he seems to have amongst some of the support.
As much as you can say "how did pulis ever expect him to fit into our system?" you can judge kitson on the naive side to have come here and expected our game to have completely changed to accomodate him. If he only ended up at stoke on the promise of us signing x y and z to give him service, again that shows a bit of naivety if you ask me. He's not blameless in ending up at a club that does not suit his game.

100% Kits but TP seems to have this notion that Cressie is a Prem player when he very clearly is not. I think Kits will get a half hour in a couple of our upcoming games as Ricci is out and Mama will take time to get match fitness

Kitson.he's proved he can do it in the Prem. with Reading,Cresswell's proved he cant do it in the Prem. Good point. Whatever, though if he plays Cresswell and we mess up at any of home games we will be relegated Because our away form is as bad as Derby's last year we have no option but to win at least 4 home games.

If you can't accept that pulis made the mother of all cock-ups when he payed a club record fee for Kitson then that almost defines you as in the happy-clapper camp.
I still maintain he bought Kitson to play 'the mama role' and it was stupendous misjudgement.
Pulis is like those woman who like the look of you and think you're ok and are convinced they can turn you into what they want you to be.

I really do want to see Kitson play when both liam and Etherington are played, Beattie has come in and scored two goals and both of them have come from Etherington passes/crosses, Kitson hasn't had that type of service all season, strikers thrive on service and he's had none. Kitson for me every time, he's proven, given the service, that he can get goals at this level. Did I mention he needs service ?

I've given up clinging to the hope that we'll ever see Kitson get a good run with two midfielders providing service. It would require a shift in Pulis' thinking which there has been no evidence of for years.
I can't believe he was bought by a Pulis who had the intention of changing the habits of a lifetime playing in a certain way - so why was he bought? because Pulis thought he could change him that's why - a complete and total shambles.

Now then - let me seeee:-
One is a £250k lower league honest enough, jobbing journeyman with more clubs than jack Niklaus, runs around a lot - occasionally tackles someone - at premier level, cant head a ball - certainly cant dribble or shoot - cant score even if put in direct on goal and, often looks well out of his depth to an almost embarressing degree at this level.(god knows we've seen enough this season for chrissake!)
Another, a £5m class act , linked with England until fairly recently, with a proven premier league pedigree - a proven goalscorer at the very top level who, just hasn't broke his duck with us yet.
now lets take a wild guess ---------------------------------------------------

Wouldn't bank on it. To be fair Cresswell only got his chance due to injuries/suspensions etc and does a job, but is a wasted one for me away from home. Kitson has just been utter toss.
