after watching the first half of the Swansea vs Fulham game i noticed that Swansea actually play with wingers if the ball is on the right side of the pitch then the left back and left winger actually stay right on the left touchline insted of goin in the centre , then when the ball finally comes over they have loads of space and create scoring opputinuties. Iv thought about this and not many teams play with wingers like that anymore , its more like 4 centre midfielders when matty gets back , maybe TP should think about playing Lawrenceand then playing like that. Then again , its never goin happen is it

We will NEVER play even at home both Liam and Matty down the wings as our dull boring manager would not know how to cope with actual wingers both balanced playing down the wings. He only knows how to play a wank forward (headless chicken who creates nothing) down the wing and a slow lump who can only throw a ball from the right.

...........................Cassilas.................. Ramos......Albiol...........Pique....CapDeville ..........................Senna....................... ..............Alonso................Iniesta.... ............................Xavi.............. ................Torres............Villa........
they did stokeylad but thats theyre style , they play to that formation , and it works for very few teams. im saying its very rare for teams nowadays to play with proper wingers that do theyre jobs(on the wing supplying strikers and dribbline with the ball). Swansea do this brilliantly week in week out and i think if we used lawrence/ethers for this then the goals will come flying in from BT, Camara , Mama and even Kitson.

cheers for that penkhull didn't know they set up like that, and it was capdivilla(sp) who i thoguht was awesome and was practically like a winger for them as was ramos. i think it's only the best teams who play wingers now, such as man u and barca and to some extent villa, with young and milner but milner i don't think is a winger, so i can see your point but i don't think pulis will ever play natural wingers as it's just not his style really.

yeh senna sits infront of the back four in a "makalele" role and xavi plays as an attacking midfielder such as kaka with fabregas and iniesta playing as normal Central midfielders but fabregas was injured so alonso stepped in
and i agree stokey usually only top teams can play with wingers now but swansea played very very sucessfully with it today againats fulham and created alot of opportunitys from the wings. but yes i agree its never goin to happen
