In 30-odd years of going to Stoke, I've never been as proud to be a potter as I am today - of the boys, the management and of us fans.
The passion, the spirit and the electric atmosphere have given us a day we'll talk about for years - something special happened today.
Come the end of the season - I'm absolutely sure we will all look back on today as the result that kept us up!
Goooaaarrrn Stoke!

Steady on Potter, great result with 10 men, but that performance from Man City is the most inept effort I've seen from a team in a long time. They should be fined by the FA!

Not quite, which team was it that were 4-0 down at half time, recently? They were terrible! ;D

They either stuff teams or don't turn up. It was definitely the latter today

Sutton, surely you've had results and performances that ultimately prove to be greater than the sum of their parts?!?
Its hard to explain if you're not a Stoke fan and weren't there, my missus is sick to death of me banging on about it, but it was a say that will live long in the memory!

great result today, especially with 10 men for nearly an hour. but there is a long way to this season yet, hopefully this is a result we can build on and gain momentum. momentum is what is needed, a few good results could see us pull clear like wigan, fulham, bolton etc. sunderland next week a point there will do and then be looking to beat pompey a few weeks later.

Seasons have turning points.
I feared the Griffin handball against Derby was a turning point for the worst. Nothing has gone right for us since.
Today though has the potential to turn things back in our favour. Sooner or later it must be our turn to get the run of the ball and Refs playing for us not the opposition.
