He doesn't, he tries his best every game, and it's not his fault his talent is so limited. Tony Pulis lets us down by picking him, week in week out ahead of better options, whether that be better forwards or better wide players.
Why Tone persists with him i'll never know, like I say 100% effort but wouldnt you put in a shift for 19K p/w?
I dont want Tone out but it's these sort of decisions that leave everyone feeling so pissed off at the result, had he played the team 99% of this board would have gone with then we wouldnt have been beaten so comprehensively IMHO.
