Was that why he was sacked, for being ugly?
Seems totally fair to me!

Not surprised really however boards do need to start trusting managers, it seems that we have come into a phase of if you dont win them all your gone. Glad that TP and PC have got that bond which alot of managers/owners have.

Well it was inevitable that the first team that lost to Charlton would fire their manager!

he has a very weird record, he usually impresses in his first season, yet always seems to fails in the second season.

Look on the bright side, he may end up at the Vale thus speeding up further their demise.

Mick Dennis reveals his sadness in a radio interview, Roeder being a close personal friend.
Which says it all really.

I wouldn't quite put it up there with Lawrence's winner at Coventry -or even his last-gasp header at Scunthorpe- but it was a great feeling when Mama scored at Carrow Road last season.
I went with my old man: we still chuckle sometimes about the caller who came on FiveLive after the game to declare that, after that result, we were as good as up. We were terrible on the night, with Diao having a shocker, but what a result!

He may know his football but from a motivational point of view he always reminds me of a social worker or school teacher and wouldn't inspire anyone. Looks more like the average ref to me

To be vaguely fair to the bloke, he was doing OK until he suffered his brain tumour, something none of us would exactly wish on ourselves

Thats the second manager who slagged us off for playing direct football last year to be sacked. Must be us, wonder when Wenger is going?
