Got to give Mr Pulis some credit, i think he's signed two talented players who will strengthen the team in the areas most needed. Hopefully TP will continue to make a couple more quality signings to strengthen the team. But what areas do you think we need to bring players in and who could we bring in?
I personally feel we need a right winger because if we lose Lawrence again i think we look weak by playing a centre midfielder (delap) out wide, as we lose balence in the team. I also think we need a right back as Davies doesnt look a decent replacement for if we lose griff !

id like a right back and davies has always said he's a centre back to be fair
someone in the middle who can move the ball out wide much quicker than what we have
that'll do for me

2 quality signings made, I think weve got enugh to stay up already but if we were to strengthen further....... We could do with abit of creativity in the middle and I reckon Jason Koumas or Ledley would be good targets for that role. otherwise weve got a solid side would like too see a left back coming in, Michael Ball or Shorey would both make good signings. If a player such as Bullard or Dindane came available to us it would make sense to go in for them aswell

is bullard realisticaly ever going to join though? As much as i'd love to see him here, surely a club like villa or everton would snap him up if he did become available !

probly not, but would be worth going in for him just to test the water. As has been said on the other thread re Bullard, if we were to sign him we would stay up. Koumas is a quality player, can't get a game at wigan, maybe he would be a more realistic target

Koumas clearly has quality, but he's yet to do anything in the Prem at either of two clubs and his tendency to go missing suggests he's probably not on our list.

Koumas would be a decent signing but like sed in a previous thread, proved at 2 clubs that he doesnt cut it in this league. Is the rumours about shorey being at the ground true?? Would like to see him to be honest !

We need two proper full backs for each side as higgy isn't a full back. A creative midfielder like bullard. A right winger because lawrence isn't really fit enough and good enough for the prem. Maybe another striker? These are my views.
