Who does anyone this has been the biggest waste of money this season in terms of premiership transfers?
Personally I would go for Jo £19m to Man City.
Blackburn wasting money on Fowler's wages is another shocker!

For what they paid versus appearances it has to be Robbie Keane...

Suppose he didn't cost that much, £8 million was it? but Deco has hardly set the premier league alight. But yea, I'd go for Keane.

Deco started well but has just gone a bit quite, hopefully that continues next weekend!

Keane although he hasn't looked great has scored a few...whereas Jo for 19m...is quite frankly laughable.

Indeed Kitson doesn't look sharp... yet. Drogba was the same for Chelsea yesturday against Man Utd, looked abit slow setting off and struggled to make an impact, that's why I'm still hopeful about Kitson coming good with games under his belt.

Pericards wages.
Failing that it has to be Robbie Keane.

Keane has 7 goals this season (one more than Fuller) which isn't a bad return for someone new to a club. I can't understand why Benitez doesn't keep faith in him - although was pleased he didn't appear on Saturday.

Blackburn away?
Even though I like them and think we would have benefitted from them playing consistently, Tonge and Soares can be seen as a waste of money. More down to TP than them mind you.

Kitson has to be up there? Jo - agree Keane - he has scored a few, can see him coming good! Carson - BIG WASTE - dodged a bullet there Elmander? - Seems to get injured easily and 10mil is huge money

i can't understand people saying deco to be honest. i think you'll struggle to find a more complete player for £8million. think he's different class. looking at his movement and all the subtle sides to his game. i think people have this misconception that he's a flair player and expected to see flicks and tricks on motd every week.
jo was ridiculously priced and i wouldn't be surprised if someone picks up a bargain there cause he does have potential, just too much pressure for a youngster coming to a new league and country with that price tag over his head.
carson has to be up there when you compare him to our tommy. what a lucky escape.
personally i think robinho's overpriced but i don't think you could put him in the biggest waste of money catergory.
everyones made good and bad signings to be honest but all in all i think wba's overall transfers this summer were poor. you look at the squad they had in the championship and after serveral signings for decent money they look no better and possibly even worse having lost phillips, gera etc. i mean, £4million for luke moore!

One of three for me ....... Kitson, Sonko & Andy Davies ...... three poor signings, lets hope the ones in this transfer window are better and more productive.
