What we need is a mass brawl this afternoon at Old Trafford, with John Terry plus two other Chelsea players getting sent off for violent conduct! I totally agree

Anybody else think Ryan Taylor would be a good addition? Good experience at this level, excellent distributor, and can also do a job at full-back. I think he'd be worth a bid of anything below £3M and wigan would listen to offers for alot of their players i think. My wife, a wigan fan says you are off your head, he's going no where and worth far more than that, and that Valencia is reputedly being lined up by Real Madrdid for somewhere north of £10M

Its a shame that a few more people in Wigan dont appreciate what a good team they have ! Sure they do, its just a small place, town of only 80,000 people, that supports 2 top flight teams, in different sports and both get over 10,000 a game

Today's result and Wigan's league position make our 0-0 draw at Wigan seem a very well won point, even if it was a dire match.
I fancy us to sneak a win at Chelski next weekend.
Goaarn Stoke. Work aaarrd.

I went to this game with a Spurs-supporting mate. As the game progressed, I thought I was going to see my second 0-0 up there this season.
I don't think it has much bearing on our match with Spurs because surely they won't play King, Zokora and O'Hara in midfield.
It did strike me, however, that perhaps we aren't all that far away from having a competitive side in this league. Wigan were nothing special and showed very little "quality", yet they were strong and organised and they are established in the top half of the league.
Impressive numbers from Spurs. Wigan sang, 'The Autowindscreens...we've won it two times...'!

Wigan will win!!!! I hate Spurs and there bullshit 'we are a big club etc' crap big club course we are. we sell out every game on average take 3000 away every game we might get a new 60000 ground built ( but i cant see it happening under enic) still in europe , on course for another day out at wembley although the way we're playing i could see burnley turning us over. list is endless. ps u going spurs or are they to shit for u fella. if u are we can discuss the merits of football over a pint in 1 of the local pubs. ps ilford u fancy a beer mate let me know and i 'll be putting a post up for u lot driving down on where to park and what pubs u can drink in.

The honeymoon is now well and truly over for Arry. Subbing Modric was idiocy.

Depends on the definition of business mumf. He'll keep them up OK but in two years time we'll have to see and judge then.
