The quote says it all. When asked by Nige if signings were now more imortant Pulis snapped back They're Vital!
The tone in his voice said it all. He knows the team ain't good enough & losing to a mid table Div 3 team just a week after they concede 4 at home is just rank bad.
And for anyone who thinks it's just the cup & we played a week side we actually pretty much played our firts choice, fit midfield & striker (can't believe I've classes Pericard as a striker!).
No wonder Tone sounded so desperate in his interview. Let's hope he just doesn't blow another £15 - 20 mill on garbage signings like he did in August.
Come on Tone sort it fu@*ing out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just hope these "vital" signings are not more defensive based players.
Attacking players please Tone, Pericard cannot be anywhere near the team bus.

There isn't going to be any £30m, or £20m or £10m. The Green Slime didn't get where he is by giving money away. He made his killing this year - something he never expected to do, but somehow Pubis managed it - he isn't going to give it away again. It's in his pocket and it's staying there.

More rubbish again....Do you honestly think that Coatesy is not prepared to gamble to stay up with all the money he has put in so far, for it all to disappear in front of his very eyes, through lack of more investment?.....Of course he won't...I expect to see at least £ 12-15 million spent this month. Coates has too much to lose sFART.

PC is going for it big style. Considering his age, this is his only chance at The Prem and he will give us millions of Pounds to keep us in the Prem, just as he gave us millions to get us promoted.

But is there any guarantee that Pulis will spend it to good effect? I wouldn't trust him with my CO-OP divi card.

Just as a matter of slight irony, I did hear PC say in that recent interview, and I quote, "you don't sell your best players...".
I nearly fell off my chair laughing......

Good one Mumfles . . . £12-£15m!!!!!!!! Wait a minute while I wipe the monitor clean . . . .OK, that's better, now, I assume you'd be willing to add that prediction to our little contest?

Why is £12-15m so far fetched?
Ledley £7m Harewood £5m Addison or Surman £1-2m

Spot on march4.
Coates has now got his sights firmly set on how he's going to be remembered by Stokie generations in the future.
I just hope to god Pulis values the wonderful opportunity that Coates' vanity is going to afford him.

I'm sure he values it, it's just a question of whether he can overcome his own ineptitude that is important.

Franco Di Santo would be nice on loan from Chelski Agreed. One problem would be though that he has been called up for the Argentina at the South American U20 Championship this month.
