Well in the Neckend it means intelligence, but then again I doubt you have the nounce to realise that. Sometimes even colloquialisms have a place in speach. Oh and that's a potteries word by the way Never heard "nounce" in my life. Are you sure you didn't just fuck up and were trying to say "nous"? Like the bloke who was trying to convince me that saying "should of" instead of "should have" was a colloquialism instead of just grammatical spazzmongery? Nope definitely nounce, always has been that round our way. As usual colloquial dialogue comes from other areas, eg nous, but definitely nounce if you're from Meir.

What some people seem to forget (unless they never knew in the first place) is that the best managers in our history (Waddington, Macari are examples) managed us to other ingominious 3rd round defeats at the hands of so called lesser opposition. Its how they get that winning habit back that counts.
It would be absolute madness to call for TP's head at the present time and, thank god, with the excellent relationship between him and the chairman, that is not going to happen.
We have had a humiliating week but the stakes are so high we must - players, fans, management team- all of us - move on together to better times.
God knows, we've seen worse!!
