why do you want to put that in your sat nav ? you can't park any where near the place, and it will send you the most congested route.
I predict (assuming you are coming from North Staffs) it will send you down the M11 and then down the North Circular (A406) To Barking and tell you turn right into East Ham. Every home game, there is a queue of at least a mile just to exit the north circular at that junction, the junction before (Ilford) isn't much better.
My advice would be to come off the North Circ at the Bottom of the M11, towards Ilford?Barking, stay left, onto the A12 rounadabout, take the A12 right towards Stratford and central london, this road heads down to docklands and then through the Blackwall Tunnel, best bet is to park up around Bow Rd tube station and get the tube about 3 stops to upton park .
Stick Bow Rd, London, E3 into your sat nav

No, I live 4 miles from Upton park as the crow flys, and have spent the last 9 years driving for a living , mostly in london .
I know the area BETTER than the back of my hand .
if you do park up Near Bow Rd tube, walk past it, EAST towards the A12, and you'll find a couple of pubs, One by the Texaco garrage, called The Train Driver (or similar), but not been in there, or just a bit further past the DLR station is a pub called The Bow Bells which i have been in, and isn't too bad. never been in either on a match day, but they are far enough away from the ground
