seems to be just a step away from being a really good striker .....in any league. I think that this new sports psychiatrist they have hired would help him more than any other player. watching him yesterday(and other games) he shows his brilliance but ridiculous petulance at the same time as he gets shoved off the ball or is tackled or is disposessed. too easy to dive for a foul, when you think damn, if he had just stayed up he might have done something! or when he is sulcking after another one of his lone runs come to nothing !! Not really sure what is missing for him, maybe its Mama, maybe its Lawrence, somebody that really compliments his style of play, but i know something is stopping him from becoming a star in the league. Now if we could just find out what it is. Come on Ricardo, go lie on the psychiatrists couch.

He simply requires a competent strike partner.

what is it with fullers boots? When i played i would have my boots laced up so tight to help with control of the ball, yet Fullers seem to fall off almost like he is wearing slippers.

I think Liam and Ricci both kind of play off each other in the sense of 'look at that Ricci/look at that Liam' see if you can beat that.

When he loses his rag as he does i reckon he needs Abdy to give him a good smack in the mouth and tell him to start thinking about the team for a change Apart from that i don't think he really needs anything other than about another 7 or 8 quality players around him. I mean yes he's greedy at times, but if your option is to pass it to Cresswell you've gotta think you probably won't get it back Oh yeah and i agree with Lakeland ... 1st post of yours for ages where i haven't just wanted to abuse you Keep it up

eustace used to be the only player that would shout at fuller and put hi in his place. need someone like that to shut him up sometimes. but he can be forgiven coz ya know he's the only one that can produce some magic.

Needs decent service, not percentage football scraps, to feed off.

First post of your that I have ever agreed with, fromafar! Well done! ;D Totally agree Fornside, fromafar drives me mental with the sheer volume of bollocks he talks 99.9% of the time, but this time he has a point. I guess it had to happen at some point. Well done fromafar... or has someone else found his log-in information and typed this under his alias?

I can't believe we've got to January and he hasn't been sent off! Still our most potent threat but needs to keep his gob shut sometimes.

From the interview FM posted:
"Whether it's United, Chelsea or one of the bottom clubs, we go out to win..."
Is that really 100% true Ric...?

steino v .....spot on with the Johnny Eustace observation mate.I used to love watching Fuller and Eustace falling out.Eustace was the only person on the pitch who would dare to have a go at Fuller.....perhaps that is what we need now,not just to keep Fuller under control but to give the entire team some stick when required.

he is a petulant brat, should get a slapping off somebody and get his toys back in the pram. Lucky h didn't get sent off on Friday for his outburts (only because Foy would have had to do the same to rooney)

The injuries suffered by Eustace have cost this club a heluva lot. A fully fit Eustace in the form he showed in his first season would probably have seen us promoted a year earlier than we were - or if we had needed to wait until last season we'd probably have pipped the Baggies to the title. In his first season until his injury I thought he was one of the best central midfielders in the country. Great pity things went tits up for him and he lost some of his pace and drive when he finally came back.

As much as I rated Eustace before his injury, I hardly think he would have been the difference to get us promoted.

We only needed about three more points to have made the playoffs the season before last and I reckon he could have swung it for us - we have never really replaced him with someone of comparable quality to his pre injury form. Also, we were very hard to beat at the end of that season so I'd have fancied us to win the playoffs if we had reached them.
