Agreed. Why is it that modern football seems to have created the "whinging skipper" role, whose sole responsibility it seems is to whisper constantly in the ref's ear. The sooner the FA brings in a "DO NOT speak to the ref UNTIL SPOKEN TO" rule the better!  |

Gary Neville and wayne rooney were practically glued to the refs ear all afternoon, they should just give them both whistles and have done with referees and linesmen.
