Just a shame that another person in a similar situation without access to 10K a week, slick lawyers and an opportunistic MP eyeing a media coup, would have been booted back to the land of their oppression.

Good news that the right outcome was reached. Given some of the people that have been permitted to stay in the UK that clearly dont contribute to society and are just a drain on resources, any other decision would have been an outrage. Goodness knows why it ended up at appeal in the first place. Good luck to Bangura (apart from when he's shooting against the mighty potters!).

There was an article in one of the weekend papers outlining a similar case where this 'drain on resources' was working in the NHS for a few quid an hour. Unfortunately his local MP, local Press and local lawyers didn't seem so keen to help out.
