Awful timing for Benjani. Injury will rule out on a Jan move and Jan spells open season for Abu Dhabi City FC.

There was never an official statement about the Kitson injury either. Just left to speculate via Sky Sports and the goss columns

At least the Albion let there fans know when a player is injured long term re Miller last week unlike us just like you say left to speculate.

I hope Manc City sign David Villa and another couple of £100m strikers so we can nip in for Benjani.
Would be a quality signing for us.
Although i suppose a few other teams will be thinking the same thing....

na i like benjani hes better than most of our players and if we gettin him working as aaaard as the rest of the lads could be pretty decent for us!

Benjani is a far better target than Harewood IMHO. Really? I think they're pretty similar - both better than what we've got, both had one really good Prem season and a mixed bag in the others. I think Harewood though, is probably more realistic, cheaper and on less wages. |

From what I've seen Benjani seems quicker and works a lot harder, also from what the Villa fans have said I dont think Harewood has the sort of attitude that would fit in here. Maybe Harewood is a slightly better finisher but not by much. Agree with you about the wages though. I STILL think we should be busting a gut to bring Jason Roberts in though  |

Apparently there's a racist midget going around attacking all 6 foot plus black players, especially target men, hence the injuries to Miller, Sidibe, Drogba, Benjani etc
