Whenever Fuller isn't in the side everyone panics because they know Parkin or Pericard cant cut the mustard!
this is why we need a striker who can score an average of at least 2 goals in 5 games.
Now this is only my view but we need to buy a decent left winger and a striker.
its time we put cresswell in his natural position because we know he can score. so if Fuller does get injured or gets a suspension we have 2 decent strikers up front: Cresswell and ???
so come on tone now you've got a really good defence and with diao in a defensive midfield role lets sort out attack and get promotion to play with the best of them next season!

It's not "only" your view so I wouldn't worry about being shot down, everyone knows it! And a decent CAM I reckon to line up alongside Diao.

If Fuller is unavailable this is a major concern. Someone who can stick away the goals is possibly going to cost us big time (£1Mill plus) and may not be an investment we can make now most of the Higgy money has been spent?

TBH I think Eustace is our only candidate for a captain, so im not really concerned about that position as he has been playing some really good football of late. saying that depends who else we bring in they could have leadership skills aswell.

fuller didnt get a goal in 9 games!!
just lucky because he got a brace and hattrick in succesive games .
parkin is a decent back up striker i believe
left wing and centre mid is the position we really need to focus on, we can score goals from other positions with cort ,shawcross, cresswell, lawrence all scoring handful of goals
the wide men alone have scored 16 already between them

I think the loss of Fuller, more important than his own goals, is in that he is often our only true outlet in attack. The work he does chasing, nay hunting down defenders creates so many of our dangererous situations and is crucial to the effectiveness of our direct game. This is why we really need a left winger with real pace - this would allow us to play two slower players such as cressie and parkin up front when ric is out.
EDIT: Demar might have the pace, but he also needs the ability to hold it up a bit if he is going to be used as a keystone of our counterattacks

There’s goals in Creswell if Pulis gives him a run up front. If you were to play a target man alongside him I reckon he’d score more than Fuller over a season.
