Hi All
I'm putting together a pro evo squad made up of greatest stoke players, pre and post 1977. Squads are mostly there but struggling with Strikers for the pre-1977 squad.
I've got Freddie Steele, Dennis Viollet, Tommy Sale and John Ritchie but could do with two or three more names.
Any Help lads/lasses?

I was thinking of droppping Jimmy Greenhoff into an advanced midfield position, but yes he is a bit of an obvious choice up front as well!

Frankie Soo? Wasn't he a striker?

Soo was a wing half I think - England player (or @ least war time caps).
suppose he would be a holding midfield player these days.

Dropping Greenhoff to advanced midfield,if you were lucky enough to see him play and witness his goals (Birmingham 0 Stoke 3 to put us top of the league)he was the one of the great strikers only one place for him

Yep, reckon Dobing is worth a shout. Any others? What about players from the 50s era (early waddo)? Any worth candidates there???

Jackie Mudie, now there's one to stick in. Good player for us, joined us alongside Sir Stan if i remember correctly. May be worth putting in just for the Matthews connection.
Cheers for the help everyone!
