personally i think its good as with Man U coming up and Bolton next week our game may slip under the radar and new manager or not they may have stopped caring about the FA cup

As they'll probably still be on a care-taker manager by Wednesday (McDermott?), probably no better or worse for us. If it was the proper new gaffer installed then the players would obviously be in it to impress, but I think we could still be in with a chance.
