Game on alright, you'll be a stiffer test than West Brazil but nontheless another 3pts for the Potters.

Elliot - I beleive we will turn you over at the brit, this is one of the games i have most been looking forward to, which is strange when you consider the fact that you are probably the most no frills club in the division ;D Maybe its because we will have the bragging rights over the likes of you and suttontiger! Got a really good feeling about this game, can see the stoke lads really raising our game for this one, riccy will be fresh and raring to go! and mama is well, mama Will your Super, mean, lean, Pie eating machine Dean Windass be playing?

Conna wait for this game either..I just hope Hull put up a better fight than the Boing boing bag o shits... Without Fuller or Kitson we might struggle up front...like today..plenty of possession but very little creativity... Will be a cracking game..

Two honest teams that produce the endeavour that are upsetting the purists who spouted on about the Baggies and their football. Hope we win, but wouldn't bet my mortgage it. One thing is certain, it won't be a game for the faint hearted. Truly a battle of the gladiators. Can't wait. Pity we can't both win.

Hull have one decent player in Geovanni I have to admit, I actually really wanted him to come here, but other than him, which players would push fora place in our reserve team even?

I think Hull are very similar to ourselves. They are very well organised have great team spirit and are quite physical and well disciplined. I don't think they are a great footballing team as some in the media have made out.
Against ManCiteh I thought Hull were workmanlike but that was about it. I honestly believe Hulls fantastic start SHOULD be enough to see them safe (I hope so, so long as its not at our expense)
Next week will be very hard fought with little time on the ball for anyone and I would imagine a game of few chances. If and its a BIG IF we win the gap between us will be minimal and Hulls next few matches would be crucial cos after their comfy start will they be ready for being dragged into a dogfight?

Your optimism is commendable, but the way we play away, I fully expect us to win this one. We match up against you much better than most teams in this division. I watched your full game last week, and the highlights of yesterday, and without sounding too rude, you looked terrible. Sounds a bit arrogant, but we have to have a bad day at the office for you to win

sutton,
I don't think you can take a hiding at the Shit and a scrappy game yesterday as justification for a win. We were missing our star striker against the Boggies and then lost his replacement early on and then had both our centre halves sustain injuries with one having to stay on because we'd made 3 subs. Now that counts as a great win in the face of adversity to me. It will be a tight game next week I would expect, you have been excellent on the road and we have been superb at home. I wouldn't getting counting those chickens just yet, we will respect your start and I would think you would be wise to respect ours now we find ourselves just 4 points behind you.

Every manager and opposing supporter who have visited the Brit this season has gone on to say that's the worst their side have played, etc, etc. Now, are every team having an off day or are Stoke playing in such a way that teams find it difficult. Whilst I think your efforts thus far have been fantastic you could argue that Villa, Arsenal are in fact better footballing teams than Hull. west Brom were also hoping to play us off the park and got their backsides smacked. So please do come along to the Brit thinking your samba football will win the day, I look forward to the outcome

I just feel very good about this one, I think we will be much harder to bully than most teams in this division, not sure its a Geovanni game though! I think we'll win though, not arrogance, just confidence

I haven't seen any mention of just how tough a game you expect and our home record would demand that respect as your away record does.

We have flair, but the basis of our team is hard work. As Tony Adams said yesterday, we never give the opposition a minutes peace. We will not roll over like the likes of Arsenal did, and we never stop going forward, whatever the score is.

Of course it will be tough, every away game in this division is, and your home record is excellent, but in a funny way, im happier when we play away. It will be close and I fancy us to nick it, but if we lose, I will be back to say well done
