our first goal came from a long throw in.made me smile. i also noticed you'll never walk alone can be heard sung by the fans is this chelsea or stoke or is a cheap dvd with the sound of fans put on after.im too young to know

i was watching a programme not so long ago and it said that back in the day most fans use to sing it regardless of their club, along with the national anthem. there werent many original songs about just general ones which everyone sung

It was the Stokies singing YNWA..makes me cringe.
Watching the game again it amazes me what a bloodbath it was, some of Stoke's tackling was horrendous (and we were famous for playing good football then)
The other amazing point of note was the complete absence of any dissent whatsoever.
