We held Wigan to a 0-0 draw at their place - the same team that pasted your lads at home. On the flipside, you nearly got a result of sorts against MU. It's a mad league. Some people honestly thought we'd go there and take 3 points today. |

Some people honestly thought we'd go there and take 3 points today. I'd have been relieved at a 3-0 defeat but only slightly annoyed by a 5-0 one. We weren't taken apart by a bad team. It was the European Champions FFS. Unfortunately, they were fantastic. The two late goals just gave the scoreline a more realistic complexion. Few sides in Europe could live with them in that form. We had Bob Hope.  |
