I really do think they'll make a good account of themselves...
on a right role at the minute...
Where would they be without the points deduction btw?

Went on their mad site yesterday and they are expecting to bring between 2500 to 3000 which would be a very good following on a tuesday night.Have to say the game concerns me as well because i dont think we will play any of our so called 1st team and they are also a very big physical side.

Let's hope it's a better game than last time we played them under TP. I can honestly say it was one, if not the worst display I have seen from Stoke.

I'll be there with me dad
when i spoke to the guy at the ticket office he said that very few had been sold for this game, i know with it only being 10 and 5 a few will pay on the gate but i would really like to see a decent few stokies there especially with rotherham bringing so many.
no doubt though we will get not many and make the atmosphere at hte brit seem shit to the rotherham fans
come on stokies out in force the club have done all they can by reducing the prices and if we win this we will be in the quarter finals of the carling cup!!
thats the furthest we have got in a long time usually the first round exit at a league two club!

if we get through this round then everyone will start coming haha so lets get down to rotherham and spur the lads on!

Rotherham would be 7th on goal difference without the points deduction.

Stoke doing well, big expectations, win to go into the last 8 of a cup competition, lower league opposition.
We know what's coming next, don't we?
Might even have a few quid on t'Millers to soften the blow.

H You talking about a home game, RAF, or one of those 4-0 then 3-0 defeats away in consecutive seasons? They were indeed both complete horror shows from a Stoke perspective.

The last home game against Rotherham we lost 2-1 when Gifton scored a last minute own goal and Duberry got sent off.I think RAF might be on about the home game before that when we lost 2-0 and we were terrible and i think Jody Morris scored for them.

They're a bit of a bogey team for us then eh. Might have to get some money on them too.

:(They are a bogey team to us,remember losing away to them 4-0 when quiterall had just left, god that was an awful display & they introduced the away card after that, Jesus took some persuading after that display to get one, but enough said on that, this is a new era in stoke city`s fortunes, so its time to back the team & pack the ground, remember !!!!!!BACK & PACK!!!!!!!! Up The Mighty Potters!!!!!! p.s forgot to mention their keeper Mike Politt taunted & gave us the two finger salute aswell the twat , He`s in for some the next time i see him, as mentioned below the place is a right shit hole too. Neil Cuttler was toss that day

I remember beating them 2-0 at millmoor during our promotion year under lou macari. The ground was a right dump, located plumb in the middle of europes biggest scrap yard.

I was there when we lost 4-0. Was a good pre-match atmosphere, wha was to follow was godawful football. The keeper got a LOT of stick, I remember.
That home game when we lost 2-0 to them was terrible as well. They hadn't won away all season, come to us late on and get their first victory.
