Thanks and a great idea and I would be up for this as well as well as a couple of others.
I always fancied going to an away day by plane, looked at Southampton before but I couldn't afford that one.

OK. I had a great response from a number of aircraft operators and, honestly, I'm running out of time due to very important work commitments this week, to dedicate any more to this. However, all of the information that I have gathered, pricing, availability, agents etc has been passed to Tony Scholes, who has assured me that they are going to try and make this happen, even to changing their existing travel plans to accommodate as many fans as is possible. The pricing will obviously depend on the cost of resources to manage the whole operation including the aircraft charter costs. If anyone is making any money out of this, it's not going to be much and I think they deserve it for the hassle involved.
If any posters are genuinely interested in this opportunity please feel free to forward your own contact and e-mail details to address now removed, I'll acknowledge the email, provide my contact details so you know I'm genuine (I ask that they don't appear on here or other message-boards, please) and forward them to the correct administrator should the club get the deal sorted out in time. Look out on the club's site if there's further news on this. It's a big IF though.
Please consider that this is late notice and lots of people, including Tony Scholes, Eddie Harrison and club administrators, are trying to make this happen. Nothing's guaranteed and note that prices will only become forthcoming in the near future, but compared to other forms of transport it will represent good value and an experience not to be missed. I think you maybe pleasantly surprised.

Send contact details only (NO credit or debit card, details please) to address now removed and I'll forward them to correct contact at Stoke City. I done my bit and let's hope that the club can get this sorted but timing is very tight.

As I've said the club are putting together a package as we speak, not sure what the pricing is just yet but it's going to be popular, so I suggest you get an email in to them ASAP. Those that have sent them to me have been forwarded today.
The club contact organising the trip is Heather, contact:- heatherd@stokecityfc.com (I have spoken with her and she's a lovely lady trying her best and happy for her email address to appear on here)
Good luck and best of it is that I don't think I can go, as I don't have the vital away ID card!

For setting the ball rolling you should ask Scholsey to take you as his guest!

Nice thought, but I'm sure I'm the last person he wants near him giving my thoughts on the World's problems!
As a rule, I never expect anything or ask, then I'm not disappointed, besides there are far more long standing fans or those that deserve real recognition, who should have such an invitation offered to them.

Surely you'd be a guest of SCFC after all you've done but you'd get on the normal guest list would'nt you ? just added Karma for your efforts.

I've seen the package being offered by the club and to be honest all taken into account it's a good deal, but perhaps not one for the ordinary supporter who doesn't want the peripheral stuff. I hoped for a £145 price flight only, but add all of the other stuff in not bad. However, I feel the ordinary supporter and that includes me has been priced out. An opportunity missed perhaps.
Well done for the club seeing the opportunity to make it special and I know that what we did on here (and other boards) did make a difference to the original team-only plans. Enjoy the experience.

I am actually really uncomfortable to have raised expectations but feel that some have now been let down. I'm sorry.

Oh, lord! Bazza, exactly what I'm on about. £145 would have been better for us "mere mortal" fans from ordinary stock!
