Can't understnad the reasoning behind the Lpool-Luton game being chosen.
It's got 3-0 written all over it.

But some people cant afford a mid week trip to Newcastle also time off work may be a prob for some. I think the beam back would be a fantastic idea.

After trying to stick the newcastle fans all week for not selling out, we will probably take about 1000 to their place. Not that i am going so i can't criticise, just saying like.

If IlfordDave The Legend can't see why this should be considered for beamback, then we should all agree.

Thing is the expense of travel and inconveience of a midweek trip at short notice means many Stokies will be unable to see the game. Beamback would also mean those who can't travel and get together to make a night of it.
Sounds a bloody great idea. Surely a healthy crowd would attend.

No i agree with Dave, why should we have a beam back? cus' we are playin castle in the cup. Ok. if its a sell out and people who genuinly want to go the game then yeah. But cus' it's a big team and people want to say "i saw it" if we pull f a shock. no its a shit idea.
Someone said yesterday, they should beam back the ishit game rather than the castle one, and I'd agree. Ipsich is just as much of a inconvienece than newcastle

But people have had since June to make arrangements for Ipswich. Only ten days for this.

Some people just can't take a weekday afternoon off to travel to Newcastle only to be getting back home at about 3am.

For us that simply cant go the match because we work, the beamback needs to happen. Lucky for those thant can make it with no job, students, own boss etc...

i can see both sides to the argument why didn't we have a beamback for the blunderland game last season if travel up there is a problem, that game was bigger than this one

But some people cant afford a mid week trip to Newcastle also time off work may be a prob for some. I think the beam back would be a fantastic idea. I can't usually do mid week games either , unless in london, but I'm making the effort, if its THAT important and THAT special . IMHO it should ONLY be looked into if ALL our tickets sell out, which i can't see happening

it doesnt matter if its THAT important or THAT special id, people just cant get 2 days off work at short notice to go a football match!! a beam back is a great idea, plus all money generated by a beam back will go to stoke city

I'm sure we didn't sell out ours for Cardiff on 1/5/02 but the beamback occured. Ask anyone watching the beamback that night if it was worthwhile.

If Dave is making the effort everyone should! Although it must be said that Dave doesnt make the effort in some home games.
