Went get some tickets 2day and when i asked them how many have we sold they told me there wouldn't be more than 23000 as they weren't opening all the stands to the capacity.
Is this because its televised and sometimes they close some of the seats or is it to seperate the fans incase of trouble?
And is it true??

Probably not opening the end 2 blocks (nearest the Newcastle fans) in stand that was known as the John Smiths Lower.

they will probably keep a small number either side of the away stand closed and the same in the john smith lower stand but not 5000 empty seats more like 1000
