Great idea, get a few extra thousand potential supporters in then drop the best player we've seen at Stoke in years and replace him with him with a complete tool.
That should see folk eager to flock back.

as much as i completely agree league is priority, we are on the live on the bbc for the first time since 72' i think.....this is our chance to show the world what where made of, i certainly think play cressy up-front, and bringing demar in would be good.

I hope the best team possible is playing. It would be great to be in the draw for the fourth round.
As for promotion, another big game in the next round might give players a further incentive to sign for Stoke.

Doubt Barton'll be playing - conditions on his bail which, on the radio news last night, it was strongly implied included staying at Tony Adams' clinic. Even if that isn't the case, Allardyce is unlikely to play him. |

We've got to give it our best shot, to be live on Beeb and play a complete tool like Pericant wouldn't exactly put us in a good light.
Good points made above, re Fuller, but he could break his leg in any game, really we need a 1/2 decent replacement to mitigate the impact of this happening
