I expect to lose for all sorts of reasons but it would be amazing if we win.
FA Cup Started 1872,the League in 1888. for 50+ years we were in the top division. 1914-1918 & 1940-1945 there was no FA Cup (not counting the War Cup).
that leaves 50 something years where we will have had an FA Cup tie & we wernt in the top flight (so therefore could have played a side from a higher division).
I dont know how many times we have actually had a tie against a team from a higher division but as far as I can tell we have NEVER beaten one.
So Fuller in the side & new signings or not the omens arnt good.

So yes, they have beaten a team from a higher division!!
