I still think that The Beast can do a job for us this season. What is obvious though is that he needs 6 to 8 games to get into the groove. We cannot afford to play him for 6 to 8 games to get him there and he will never get there playing 15 minutes here and there. The only solution is to send him out on loan to a Div 1 or 2 side for a couple of months and get him back hopefully fully match fit and up to speed because come March and April he may well get a few important goals. Today proved without a doubt that without Riccy we will not go up.

The worry with big Jon is that he's had so long to get fit and hasn't exactly been proving a point in the stiffs. If he was banging them in for the reserves it may show some real intent on his behalf but he hasn't really.

I must admit I actually thought Pericard looked more useful when he came on today..................at least he looked a bit more mobile. I just cannot get my head around the thought that Jon Parkin is a forward you'd expect at a top Championship side and certainly not for any higher. I'm sorry, I just dunner rate him

you understand that this would leave pericard as our only other option upfront? he shouldn't even be an option ffs.

It Is quite simple he is not good enough as above he has had the time to get fit and he can not compete at this level. Will do a cracking job a league below but the championship is too much for him. Get rid now

Sidders is going to the African Nations so it would be madness to send him anywhere at the moment.
Having said that assuming we can get in a new face up front in the window, then as soon as Sidders comes back then i would agree in loaning him out.
