Though I agree with you I actually think we need someone like him at the back as despite the publicity we get I don't think we are nasty enough at the back. I don't say we should go and get him but I do think we need a horrible hard bastard back there who will organise us better.

I think that, although quality is a must, Pulis will be looking for a player that will come in without disrupting the obvious togetherness of the squad
Players like Mills and Hendrie are not the type I think Pulis will be looking at. Players like that can rip a dressing room apart and undo the hard work that has gone in
It will be an interesting transfer window as some people will be on here moaning about a transfer that they think we could have pulled off. It's not just about getting anyone in, even if they could do a job. This time it's about getting the certain type of person as well as the certain type of quality
Also, if any of the papers are to be believed then he is on his way to either Hull or Leeds

We do need a nasty loud talker at least to sort out the shaky back for because are giving daft goals away.
I have said though before after Barnsley that Pugh is not a leftback but i know he has done ok when asked,again i think he with that decent leftfoot is wasted as is Cresswell.credit to them and the team for so far the position they have got us in but its starting to look a little disjointed and unbalanced if you know what i mean.
