Sorry, but zero goals by January - no team which is serious about promotion can have a striker with a worse scoring record than Cliff Richard.
He NEVER scores.
His overall play has also gone downhill bigtime.

He's important to how we play when he's doing well, he is totally under-performing though and we can't keep making excuses for him. We're carrying him and his lack of goals will cost us in the long run if we don't do something about it.

Him and Parkin formed the partnership that has been the most ineffective I can remember for a while. It could be argued this style of play doesn't suit Parkin, though Sidibe's supposed strengths should be utilised using the current style, and you are unable to put it down to the partner he is playing with as he is has been partnered with both Porker and Ric since his form has well and truly dropped off. He is becoming more and more ineffective through each passing game.
And when Mama isn't on his game outside the box in general play.........he offers absolutely sweet FA.
A new striker is a must, on the basis of that.
