yes they can play tomorrow but would have to be done today and the deal dressed up as a loan with a view to a permanent move then made permanent on jan 2nd

But how can they be done today as an 'emergency loan' when the emergency loan window ended in mid-November.
It does seem that the Speed and Mahon deals will somehow enable them to play tomorrow - but surely they would have to effectively be registered tomorrow at some point when the emergency loan window is officially back open?
And you'd think the fact the FA is closed tomorrow would preclude this?
There must be some kind of pre-registering thing, just for loans, going on this afternoon - with permanent deals able to be registered from Weds onwards?
