I was told that if a keeper lets in an opposition's throw in, without it getting a touch, it's a corner. Is that true?

in technical terms that would consistute a foul throw, which would result in the throw in being retaken by the opposition team as you cannot score directly from a thorw in

I thought it would be a goal kick? ???
Also if a GK kicks the ball out of his hands and it goes directly into the opposition net without being touched an indirect free kick is award to the opposing team from the place the GK kicked the ball.

Didn't that happen last season Paul Robinson booted the ball up and it bounced over Ben Foster's head
A goal was given then.

it wasnt out of his hands ttt, it was a free kick
also veintiene, i think thats why many keepers drop the ball or let it go out of their hands just before they kick it

If the keeper lets an opposition throw go into the net untouched its a goal kick. If one of his teammates threw it in untouched then its a corner.

WTF are you guys talking about, if the ball is in the keepers hands or on the ground its IN play, hence why the keeper can only keep it in his hands for 5 seconds, the only time a goal cannot be awarded is if a restart of play needs to be made indirectly, which means either a throw in or a free kick resulting from obstruction, or of course if an offence has occured prior to the ball crossing the goal line
if a goal keeper kicks the ball from the ground and the ball crosses the goal line IT IS A GOAL if a goal keeper kicks the ball out of his hands and the ball crosses the goal line IT IS A GOAL if a goal keeper takes a goal kick and the ball crosses the goal line IT IS A GOAL if a goal keeper throws the ball and the ball crosses the goal line IT IS A GOAL
you cannot score from an indirect free kick you cannot score form a throw in
school boy stuff this isnt it ?

Norfolk
Just to clarify a couple of points:-
Its 6 seconds for a 'keeper to release the ball and they've changed the wording as to obstruction. Its now been changed to impedeing.
