Yes, he doesn't seem over critical of Hoult for the sending off. Crossley did much the same in a home match when he was on loan and got away with just a yellow, I think - certainly he wasn't sent off and like Hoult prevented an almost certain goal.

I am sorry I have listened intently to Tony Pulis over the time he has been with us. I hope I am wrong but he did not wish to linger on what players were coming in January did he?

good words from him, prefers talk about the players that have shown great attitude and commitement rather than potential signings, good on him and the players.

Super tone said when questioned about signing Danny Pugh that all players here are sorted and won't be going back, I take it then that we've signed Wright? is it on loan till the end of the season or permanently?

He said at meet the manager night, he was after 3-4 players, are some people thick that need to keep asking the same question.

I actually quite like this, he seems to be talkin quite straight and didn't piss about when asked why he rested Simmo and didn't refer to Stoke being a working class area when talkin about our fans.

He said at meet the manager night, he was after 3-4 players, are some people thick that need to keep asking the same question. Its not that people are thick mate, its just that words and actions have been two very different things in the Brave New Era since Saint Peter regained the reigns. BM
