The Plymouth fan in The Observer's short report on the game yesterday reckons that we must have four or five players who are 6'5 or more ;D. Yet another moan from an opposition fan that we don't play fair by having big, physical players, but I wasn't aware we had players as big as that (except, perhaps, Shawcross). So who are our giants that make every other team look like Lilliputians?  |

Using FM stats, Fuller is 190cm tall and Sidibe is 191 cm tall, although Fuller doesn't look it.

It's just the usual excuses . . . . from the official site Hoult - 6ft 4in Pugh - 6ft Cort - 6ft 3in Shawcross - 6ft Wilko - 5ft 11in Lawerence - 5ft 11in Delap - 6ft Eustace - 5ft 10in Cresswell - 6ft Fuller - 6ft 3in (never realised he was that tall!) Sidibe - 6ft 4in or 6ft 5in ... the site say 6'4 in the stats but 6'5 in the text! Simmo - 6ft 2in Parkin - 6ft 4in No exactly the land of the giants is it! Only 4 of the starting team (including GK who you'd really expect be over 6ft!) are over 6ft! Being 6ft myself I consider it to be a normal height!   |

i would never have thought pugh was the same size as shawcross at 6ft, thought he was eustace size.
to be fair looking at them stats we are a big team

And Shawcross looks a lot bigger than 6'  . I was sitting on the lower seats at Scunthorpe and he looked a lot bigger from the deck than he does from my normal place on Row 22. But so much for the basketball players! Only Sidibe even touches 6'5. Our prowess is much exaggerated by all the opposition who are obviously running scared |

well i thought we were big but in comparison to brazil errr i mean the baggies (because they're the last team we played that i can remember all their starting 11)

shawcross is well taller than 6ft.i am 6ft 1 and have met most of the stoke players.the only players i was taller than was demar,lawrence,wilkinson and about the same height as pugh.the rest were taller than me.sidibe and parkin are huge bastsards,,and parkin aint even that fat anymore.

Average height of that Stoke team is 73.23 inches Average height of the Baggies is 72.01 inches so we're almost 2 inches higher than them. Proof! We're a big physical side |

shawcross is 6 ft 4 i think, more or less the same as cort
sidibe probably 6 ft 6, because he does tend to walk weird , hunched back, same with fuller who is around 6 ft 2(seen him in a restaurant)
