What about porterhouse and tenderloin steaks. . . . tenderloins are absolutely fantastic! Not had a porterhouse yet . . . next time I am in a country with a decent steakhouse I might just push the boat out and have one. A Rib-eye steak is decent also.
But for those big girlies who need there steaks well done they should avoid any decent cut of steak as it'll be tough as old boots cooked for the that long!
Out of those 3 the T-Bone is the choice.
Edit. . . bugger didn't see the Other option! I should be one for the other not 2 for T-bone!

Normally go for rump, sirloin or rib-eye steak as fillet is a bit on the expensive side but fillet steak is fantastic!

A porterhouse is a T-bone steak except it has a larger tenderloin (fillet). The other part of a T-bone/Poterhouse - which is the larger part - is the Strip Loin (Sirloin)

I've never had a T-bone, did they ban it because of BSE or something? Because I never see it being sold either.
