What a very poorly run club, let me re-count my story of appalling customer service.
Firstly i went to get my tickets for the Newcastle game and was informed by the women behind the counter that i had to BUY them, well you could have knocked me over with a feather (do they not want my support !!).
Well after letting this go as a one off mistake i inquired as to what time they would be coming round to pick me up for the game, only to be told that i had to make my own way there!!!!!!!
And then ot top the whole sorry experience off i was asked if I (me) wanted to purchase a scarf for £4 so show my support for the lads, well at this point i told them bollocks and to stick their tickets up there arse, and that i wouldnt be going again until they gave me everything for free for every match as i am a miserable tight fisted twat.
Like my fooking arse Stoke!!!

Some people i know are aghast that they will have to wait until people who go every game get to book on our coaches for the castle at the same time they book for the Hull game, why should people who go to every home game get preference over those who only go when its a game against prem opposition or a cheap ticket match ???

You lot don't know how lucky you are. I bet you didn't realise that the club only pay my petrol to get from the Lake District to the Brit. They pay fook all towards the cost of the return journey - how am I supposed to get home fer fecks sake?

It's getting worse too! I have now been informed that I will have to PAY for the refreshments they wish me to queue for........and with cash. They'll be expecting me to stick the empty bottle in a bin next  |

you think you have it hard?? i phoned and told them im not coming to any more matches because i dont like pulis, and the evil gits refused to send somebody round to tune my radio to radio stoke for me  on a serious note I had a lovely away shirt with cressies name on the back and what does cressie go and do the first match i wear it? he gives a penalty away /cry Im cursed, cursed i tell you lol |

this club is an absolute joke.
you even ahve to queue to get off the bloody car park! and whats worse is that tvvat in charge who insists on using pulisball to get us 3 points off top spot

I've had to send the missis to AfganiStoke on a mercy-dash.
