Really disappointed with today. Shouldn't score 5 goals away from home and only get 2 points and today was a really big opportunity for us to leapfrog Watford.

Games are won and lost with quality midfield, we don't have that yet. January is key for our season, Salif back and a new player to sit with him. spot on. ah

Just 1 point and we should have had all three sewn up by half time again!

A point would be satisfactory here, I guess, through City will be ahead of us by a couple of points and you want to keep the gap as close as possible at this stage. Though two points isn't that much of a deal, right?

It all depends on the transfer window Armitage, these could be 2 good points if we bring in a couple of good players and "push on", win at home, draw away is promotion form.
Plymouth is not an easy place to go and our track record at Barnsley is shocking, so not too bad as far as recent season go. Bring no new players in and we will soon drop the pace.
We are over performing with an average team at the moment.

Said I would be happy with a point from this game before we started, but how long can we keep going scoring 2 and 3 away from home and not winning the game!!

We'd have all taken the point at the start. Two from Barnsley & Plymouth was as expected (though not when scoring 5!) Cracking stuff from Bristol (especially after baggies a couple of days ago). We must get 3 points v Hull on Tuesday, and then it will have been a good Xmas. Shame for Hoult, not what he'd of been dreaming about last night. Chins up ... Onward to the Tigers. ah

Disppointed about the result but we've just had tough away games and kept our unbeaten run going.
Lets get back to winning ways at the Brit on Tuesday then there is a bit of time to strengthen before we head off to Ipswich (beating Newcastle in-between of course!).

Got to get a win against Hull on the 1st now really, otherwise things will look a bit sour.
Oh, and didn't Pulis say Diao would be fit for New Year? Lets hope he meant the 1st! ;D

If this performance was anything like Barnsley then for me that is disappointing. We definitely need some new blood and new ideas.

look we've had 2 games against teams where we have not wn 4 20 plus yrs and got 2 points from the four we have played over xmas we have 5pts so far 3pts against hull and that gives 8pts from 12 very respectable and promotion form

Absolutely no reason why we should fuck about in Jan targets should be in Jan 1st no excuses Pulis has had plenty of time to identify players and deals should be done. We have a great opportunity to gain promotion so no need to wait till the end of Jan

I'll wait and see what the lads who went say about individual performances, but still dissapointed with the result when we were ahead twice in the game.

Does seem a strange thing to do, dropping Simmo, especially after everyone banging on about how great the atmosphere in the dressing room is /was.
