Ticket Office Shut Today

I suppose I should have checked first but after taking mum back after Xmas, I went to get tickets for the Hull game to find the ticket office shut at the ground.
Car in front of me and two after all did a U turn when they saw it. I would have thought that somebody trying to sell a product to a customer would be open on a normal working day
just hope I don't wake up on New Yeras day feeling ill and decide as I haven't got tickets I won't go.

Saturday 22nd: Matchday v WBA
Sunday 23rd: Closed
Monday 24th: 09:00 - 14:00
Tuesday 25th: Closed
Wednesday 26th: Closed
Thursday 27th: Closed
Friday 28th: 09:00 - 17:30
Saturday 29th: 09:00 - 14:00
Sunday 30th: Closed
Monday 31st: 09:00 - 17:30
Tuesday 1st: Matchday v Hull City
Wednesday 2nd: 09:00 - 17:30

Thanks Mark, but I don't go to Stoke every day, it was silly of me to assume Stoke City shop would open on a working day.

no i know what you are saying, before you said anything i would have thought they would have been open today, you could always ring them in the morning pay on ya card and collect before kick-off, theres never a Q at the pre-paid window

Would have been better going up Hanley club shop as I am sure that is open.

Well you cant get thru to find out whether the ticket office is open or not, it just puts you into the automated cue for hours on end... You would have thought they could have had a closed message?? Or is that too much to ask??
