As some of you may well know he works at the ground. Anyway just before Christmas he told me that we are very interested in taking young Man City mid fielder Micheal Ireland on lone during the window. Ive never heard of him to be honest

They have a Stephen Ireland? but he's played lots of first team games this season. Would have thought that was very unlikely.

just a thought like but maybe he meant michael johnson....another young man city midfielder, although this lad was quality at the beginning of the season and cant see it being him either to be honest!

Michael Johnson is out at the moment with a stomach tear...can't see it being him either as there has been rumours of his credentials for England

Trend, yes he is Irish and unfortunately has some 'mental' problem that prohibits travelling too far from home.
He recently had to return home before a Republic game on the continent.
