Commentator said during the first half that 8 of the players on the field for Reading were the ones playing in the Championship for them when they got promoted
Shows it can be done with the right players, not necessarily the most skilfull, but the ones who can come in and play as a team

Reason they done so well is they have a striker or even two who have scored goals in the Prem. Doyle was on fire then he got injured and Lita then had a great run now Kitson is banging them in. I think the hardest part for any team that gets promoted is they need someone who is going to score them 15-20 goals. Look at Derby, Sunderland Etc if you dont got someone who scores you really going to struggle. Good example was ipswich they had Stewart score 25 goals first season he then scored 5 the season after and they got relegated.
