come on folks,all that celebration,excitement and hope gone already?.......we lost 3-1 away,looked ok for the first 25 mins of the first half and again when fuller and lawro came on,we have others to come back in and maybe more to sign,don't lets beat ourselves up over this,others will have their down days and we'll have more no doubt.
On saturday we'll get our shirts on,get our beer down our necks and our arses down the brit,we start again 37 games to go and we'll love it!!,we've all turned into football experts over the last 48 hrs or so and we can't all be right can we?,but one thing we can do is try and make our home games count,now thats one thing we know we can do

That is just beyond ridiculous
To be honest, this board is starting to go down the pan. People thinking they are managers and could do a better job than Pulis can. Oh and some thing its like Football Manager where you can just sign anyone from anywhere in a matter of days. Sorry to break it to you but transfers cant be done by a click of a few buttons.
Now for the abuse....

I think that most people would think that playing Wilko at left-back is a daft decision.
I think that most people would reckon three months and multi-millions at your disposal is enough time to sign a decent left-midfielder and a couple of experienced defenders.
Not rocket science is it?

I think we all hoped that he would do that, but if the right players were available he would have got them. You wouldn't be very happy if he got in some journeyman winger on his last pay packet now would you? |

I and countless others think it would have been better if we'd had more new signings in place for the first match, but we didn't, and that's that. He's also had over two years to solve the left-midfield problem, you're not telling me that there isn't someone out there within our budget, ready, willing and able.

whilst i agree that Cresswell is not the left sided player we now need, i cant see the problem was that bad last year!!
how many goals did he score from left midfield?? if he had been bought as a left sided player i dont think that most people would have complained. it was just that he was 'playing out of position'
well i didnt see who else would have done what Cresswell did last year that we could have gone for.. i think he was a mainstay of the side last year and his contribution totally under valued!
