I could name two people who are very conspicuous by their absence who would probably still argue he could do better than TP ;D
One of the many positives of our recent run is HG and BBM and a couple more appear to have shut the feck up!

Trebor I am an anti myself, altho I feel at the minute that TP is onto something special, January is the testing time with my patience and TP!

So, Knype, if January doesn't go to plan are you saying you'd like Coates to give TP the sack and bring in Dowie? The one good thing about such a plan is that I doubt if Coventry would want any compensation! ;D

your right their lawt, yesterdays crowd was pretty pathetic really, these past few weeks we drew a plum tie in the cup, brought the ground, signed up ryan all season, got fuller sign a contract, gone on a great run of results, done some great ticket deals, all them obviously apart from the cup tie have show great ambition from pulis and coates, what do we repay them with? 15 thousand stoke fans turning up! it simply aint good enough yesterday should of seen 22 thousand easily. its a 2 way go this, theyve shown their hand, its about time fans showed theirs

I think if the game had been normal prices for those who don't have STs then we probably would have got over 20,000. Considering it was the weekend before Christmas, I think the club did themselves no favours by making it a premuim game.

fornside we dont play at home again til new years day, it aint much ask, yes it was premium rate game but i dindt hear these fans moaning when weve been dropping prices the last few home games. people have had all week/month do xmas shopping, a couple of hours cheering on stoke wouldnt hurt

Deano, I have a season ticket so it didn't affect me. But the game before Christmas is traditionally one of dodgy attendance figures for clubs all over the country not just Stoke. It was a daft game to choose to bump the prices up in my opinion.

15k in Stoke supporters, thats a 8k of paying fans, for us which is bad, a club cant move forward with a fan base that holds a grudge, against the manager.

fixtures come out in june fornside, surely they will look at them and see west brom at home on 22nd! surely they have time put a couple of quid a week away for it! as for affecting crowds thats balls! bristol city 16 aginst barnsley, palace 15 against plymouth, charlton 22 v hull, ipswich 20 v burnley, all them teams wouldnt of took much of a following, and they muster good crowds, even leeds had 27, forest had 21! we play our local derby against a team which are top and brought 3 thou and we get 18! so id say your dodgy attendance figures were a bit daft really. some reason fans aint coming and it needs sorting

Obviously I am wrong then, deano and it was a brilliant idea to put the prices up. I stand corrected sir!

so you think we should of made it a tenner do you? playing a derby against team who is top of the league and backed by 3 thousand? `let me guess, you dont run a business do you fornside!

No I don't think we should have made it a tenner. And if it hadn't been the weekend before Christmas, I would have thought it was a good game to pick for a Premium game. But it was a few days before Christmas and I think it was a daft idea to put the prices up. If we had pulled in over 20,000 then I would have said the pricing policy paid off - as it is I don't think it did.

we could only get 15 when we gave tickets away aginst watford who were top, only managed 17 against norwich when it was a tenner so whos to say if we dropped prices fans would of come? its quite worrying that how were playing and the ambition our manager and chairman are showing we cant get over 20 thou when opposition are bringing 3. bet theirs more than 15 thousand stokies in the brit when the geordies rollup! or you think premium rate fixture will put them off with christmas just gone!
