Anyone else spot it? Luckily he got away with it, still it evened itself out with the stone wall penalty we should have had in the second half. GPG Gouranga.

Marginal but definitely could have - but like you say, these things have a habit of evening themselves out (unless you're Roy Keane of course).

If it was, the defender pushed him into it. On Wally's video his hands are nowhere near it, but ITV's makes it seem like it touched his hand after a shove from the defender.

Don’t get me wrong I’m not complaining (I’d have been quite happy if he’d picked it up and threw it into the net) just pointing out how these things have a tendency to even themselves out over the course of the game. Upon first hearing who the ref was I was dreading it however he (Hallsey) had a good game let it flow and seemed to be consistent for both teams; he seemed unsighted for the penalty appeal and looked across to the linesman who was in a great position but must’ve been picking his nose or something.
