Was I alone in being shocked by what a dirty team the baggies were , should have had at least 1 player sent off yesterday , possibly 2 .
dirty ex prem side, who couldn't even beat us with the ref on their side

I wasn't shocked, although completely bewildered as to how they can carry on with this "we play pure football" and "Stoke are a dirty team" sheer hypocrisy.

This astonishing belief of theirs is utterly bewilidering.
They fans were sarcastically screaming "hoof" whenever we knocked the ball long, even though their team were doing twice as much of the exact same thing.
There are none so blind as those who refuse to see! Let them get on with it.

thought their fouling,a bit like Norwich the other week, was a sign of their being rattled by Stoke.

That should have been a red for the tackle on Fuller when he was clean through on the right side of the box first half!
Although we scored from the free-kick so I guess it didnt really matter in the end! ;D

Any football supporter who labels another team dirty when their own side takes to the field with Paul Robinson in its ranks immediately gains membership of the Deluded, Moronic, Dribbling, Colostomised Cuntweasel Brigade.

It was definitely ironic, ID. Before the game we were cast as pantomime villains, every player a thug or a hoofer who would bully WBA off the ball. During the game it was the other way around. Despite Tony Mowbray's pathetic comments (Have you seen his whining in the The Sunday Times match report!?), the facts were that they hoofed it just as much as us and they collected 2 yellow cards to our none. I didn't see any of the sublime, Brazil-like football that I was led to expect from the Baggies , but I did see lots of good football from us. Although stats says they had 12 shots on target to our 6, only two of those were inside the box and all (except their goal and the Cort line clearance) were meat and drink to Simmo. We are now 'genuine promotion contenders' according to the papers.
