a good read for us stokies, i especially like "for anyone to say we are better than stoke i would like to know what evidence they're using. they're only 1 point behind us in the league we've played them 4 times under mowbray and got just 1 point to show for it we might play some nice football but there's more than one way to win a football match. I am heartily sick of this stoke thing.. We all knew we were gonna lose so lets get on with it and win the league, we don,t have to play the pub team again, We are better than them believe it..
Would love to know what sadistic b*stard spoilt our Christmas by arranging this fixture for today!
Pub team....There was only 1 pub team today and they had a really poor defence....You may have the best sqaud in the league, you may have some of the best players BUT football is about playing as a team ! Cya all next season....hopefully in the Prem!

Yes I agree were better than Stoke,but what they have what we don't is brute strenght.
We got pushed off the ball at times and there wasnt a player within 5 yards to help our player out because they were closed down with numbers.
Stoke are good what they do, fair dews to them.
But what got me was we'd give it back,and they'd turn to the ref!, I think Cesar was lucky not to be sent off,also it takes them 5 min to take a goal kick,throwing, whatever.
We'll still have enough at the end thoe!
We were better than Stoke to do. The result doesnt reflect how the game went.
3 chances, 3 goals for Stoke.
How many clear cut chances did we have?
Bednar one on one,
Bednar header off line,
Koren should have scored.
etc etc etc
We had chances to win that game, on another day that would have been 3 points.
i hate stoke as much as anyone else but we just wasnt at the races for the first 30 odd minutes ,doesnt matter what day it is you wont win defending like that!
One game in a season of many. We have to lose occasionally, unfortunately it always seems to be Stoke!

just had a read through the WBA site and by god what a bunch of sore arsed idiots. they seemingly believe that they deserved at least a draw today, should of had a hatrick of their own, that we fouled them all the time, that the ref was bent, that fullers first was a handball, their defence had a "off day", that the ref was biast, that we muscled them off the ball all the time, that we played like a "pub team" etc etc...
bunch of fucking whingers...they got beaten by the best team on the day fair and square and not one of them can admit it! amazing.

they seem to believe that they have a divine right to be in the top flight, not on todays performance as they got beat 3-1 to a " pub team."
As for us playing ugly they cynically hacked Fuller down on more than one occaision.
Bunch of tossers, ah well we always beat them so it's hard to dislike them too much.
Hope they stay down, interesting to see how they'd fair without their parachute payment next season.

At the end of the day we used what we had and we used it well... So fucking what if west broms deence couldn't cope with Fuller was playing at his top level...and it showed at his best he's the ebst striker in the league
