Just been down to collect my Newcastle United ticket and was speaking to the guy down there
As mentioned by several others the predicted attendance today is 17,000
The more interesting piece of info was about the online ticketing system.
When asked about the farce that is the online ticketing system, the guy behind the counter said that the person who was commisioned to sort it all out walked away a fortnight ago, so don't expect anything to be sorted out anytime soon.

17 or 19 to be fair is a bit disappointing irrespective of premium prices/christmas etc.
Even so - that type of crowd can generate a fabulous atmosphere as we've seen before. It aint necessarily numbers it's ATTITUDE!
I for one am in the mood today.

Agreed. 2 thousand away fans can make a loud noise so imagine what 17 or 19k can make. Everyone get behind the boys today they need all the support we can give. If you dont normally sing just sing anyway nobody is going to take the pee as we are all there for the same reason. I think some get embarrased about singing, dont be! your stoke supporters be proud of it!
